Ben Boukari, CAM
Ben has worked in the real estate industry for over a decade, assisting
buyers and sellers navigate the complex real estate transactional process. As the broker-owner of Boukari Realty, Ben leads a team of real estate agents who work in the North Central Florida area. He has stewarded multi-faceted real estate developments through closing and regulatory processes.
Ben has operated his real estate office in the Turkey Creek community
since 2019, has been a lifelong resident of the city of Alachua, and a
longtime resident of Turkey Creek. He also served as City Commissioner for the City of Alachua, 2010-2018, where he set legislative and policy direction for the community. Ben served as chairman of the statewide Finance & Taxation Committee for the Florida League of Cities 2013-2014.
In addition to his real estate and brokerage licenses, Ben is a State of
Florida licensed Community Association Manager and holds a bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
