Ben Boukari, CAM
Ben has worked in the real estate industry for nearly 10 years, assisting
buyers and sellers navigate the complex real estate transactional process. As the broker-owner of Boukari Realty, Ben leads a team of real estate agents who work in the North Central Florida area. He has stewarded multi-faceted real estate developments through closing and regulatory processes.
Ben has operated his real estate office in the Turkey Creek community
since 2019, has been a lifelong resident of the city of Alachua, and a
longtime resident of Turkey Creek. He also served as City Commissioner for the City of Alachua, 2010-2018, where he set legislative and policy direction for the community. Ben served as chairman of the statewide Finance & Taxation Committee for the Florida League of Cities 2013-2014.
In addition to his real estate and brokerage licenses, Ben is a State of
Florida licensed Community Association Manager and holds a bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
Adam Boukari
Adam has worked in government and community administration
for 15 years. He served as City Manager for the City of Alachua
from 2018-2021, capping a nearly 14-year career with the
community. His experience includes the administration of annual
budgets in excess of $50 million, capital project management and
funding, infrastructure planning and construction, recreational
and green space development and enhancement, and ad valorem
and non-ad valorem assessments, in addition to a host of other
administrative responsibilities.
In 2021, Adam founded Abbfortis Strategies, a consulting firm
offering a comprehensive suite of services serving public
and private sector entities. Adam, who is a lifelong resident
of the city of Alachua, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration from Saint Leo University and an MBA from the
University of Florida.
